Story Behind the Invention
Inventor Larry Greene, Jr. of Portageville, MO has designed a new rod and reel holder that allows fishermen the ability to fish in an unattended manner without worry of fish stealing bait and swimming away.
Inspired by an experience on the Mississippi River, the invention was born after Larry’s father endured a 30-minute struggle to reclaim his rod and catch from the river’s depths. Determined to prevent such a mishap from ever happening again, Larry designed the Excalibur Rod & Reel Holder!
